William H. Donmoyer, Jr.

William H. "Bill" Donmoyer, Jr., 74, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2025, at Cedar Haven Nursing Home. Born on August 4, 1951, in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, he was the son of William H. Donmoyer Sr. and Thelma R. Sholley Firestone Donmoyer.

Bill dedicated his life to his family and work. He enjoyed a rewarding career at General Electric, Conexus, and Kleinfleters Auction. He was a proud graduate of Lebanon High School and continued to exemplify the values instilled in him during his education throughout his life.

In a testament to his enduring love, Bill and his wife, Deborah J. Filler Donmoyer, recently celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on September 12. He is survived by his children, William H. Donmoyer III and Matthew K. Donmoyer of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, as well as his cherished grandsons, Zachary Donmoyer of Myerstown, and Nicholas and David Donmoyer of Lebanon.

Bill's legacy is also carried on by his siblings: sisters Sandra Meyer of Lebanon; Wilma, wife of Ron Templin of Hummelstown; and Jeanene, wife of Randy Meyer Sr. of Lebanon; along with his half-sister, Betsy Desrosiers of Lebanon. He is further survived by his brothers-in-law, Kevin, husband of Linda Filler of Myerstown, and Eric, husband of Jennifer Filler of Lebanon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a half-brother, Robert Firestone, his brother-in-law, Kenneth Meyer, his daughter-in-law, Laura Vituszynski Donmoyer, and his beloved furbabies, Yukon, Bella, and Buddy.

Bill had a zest for life, relishing the experiences of flea markets and public auctions. His passion extended to sports, especially his love for the Phillies and the Eagles, as well as the thrill of visiting the casino.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated staff at Cedar Haven, particularly in 3F, for the exceptional care provided to Bill during his time there. They would also like to extend their appreciation to the Masonic Village Hospice Team, whose oversight of Bill’s care was a true blessing.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
