Born on April 4, 1971, in Liberty, NY, Tammy was a beacon of love and joy to all who knew her. Tammy was a dedicated mother to her three sons, Timothy, Ryan, and Patrick Willis, and a beloved grandmother to her seven grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Her family was her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Tammy was known for her vibrant spirit and her many hobbies that reflected her creativity and warmth. She found great pleasure in shopping, baking delicious treats, cooking, and crafting, and she often took leisurely trips to the beach, where she enjoyed the sun and the waves. She is survived by her husband Ronald Conklin, Jr.; loving mother, Darlene Rankin, her brother, Darin Cherry, and her adoring sons and grandchildren. Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Bill Cherry, granddaughter Ryleigh Willis and her brother, William Cherry, both of whom she loved dearly and remembered fondly.
