Linda J. Serrano, a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully at her home on January 12, 2026, at the age of 75. She was born on June 15, 1950, in Hanover, PA, and raised in Spring Grove, PA.Linda proudly served her country for two years in the Navy, where she was a member of the Wave Corps at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA. She worked at Maple Press and Yesco in York, PA for several years.Linda was known for her artistic talents and generosity. She enjoyed creating beautiful paint by number paintings and worked diligently on various projects such as baby blankets, hats, booties, and plastic canvas tissue boxes. She took great delight in giving these heartfelt creations to her friends and family, a testament to her loving nature.Linda is survived by her beloved children: her daughters, Kimberly Shuman (Kip) and Christina Roehm; her son, Timothy Serrano; her grandchildren, Kyle Seely, Amanda Seely, Kaylin Serrano, and Alex Serrano; and her brother David Bollinger (Pat). Each of them carries forward her legacy of love and creativity. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul L. Bollinger and Mary J. Bollinger, nee Kraft.A Celebration of Life will be held in the near future (date to be determined).As we remember Linda, we hold close the words from John 11:25 NIV: "Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.'" Linda's spirit will continue to inspire those who knew her, becoming a lasting part of the fabric of their lives. Her humor, warmth and artistic contributions will be dearly missed and forever cherished.
