James Gaylor, Sr.

James Gaylor, Sr., age 92, passed away on June 26, 2026, at home and surrounded by his loved ones in Lebanon, PA. James Gaylor was born on June 23, 1934 in Newmanstown, to the late Wilber and Edith (Phillips) Gaylor. After James graduated from Myerstown high school, he served 5 years in the Navy. Upon honorable discharge he started his job as an Appliance repair man with K & Y Sales. He then married Gloria Sholly in 1959, and the couple raised three children. James is survived by wife Gloria Gaylor; and children James Jr, Jeffrey (Deb), Jody Gaylor (Andy) Simmers. Services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made in James's name to Rural Security Fire Company, 1301 N 7th St, Lebanon, Pa 17046.
