David H. Van Brocklin

David H Van Brocklin, 74, of Jonestown, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, surrounded by his children.
Born in Ludington, MI, on April 20, 1951, he was the son of George Sr and Josephine (Olman) Van Brocklin. David served in the United States Army from 1969 to 1972. He was stationed at Ft Indiantown Gap and served as a tank mechanic. David was a jack of all trades and did everything from tree trimming to heavy equipment operator. He was a master at driving his children crazy. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, he especially enjoyed watching his granddaughter Kailah play basketball. He is survived by children, Tina, wife of Richard Kreiser, Julie, wife of Marc Heagy, David J Van Brocklin, Gina Root, Shaun Root and wife Hope, Joshua Root and wife Tylea, Rebecca Van Brocklin, 32 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Brothers John, Arthur, Richard, Joseph, Mark, Timothy, Thomas and George Jr. and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brother Philip and sister Nancy
